It is absolutely the highest level of service, but they have a lot of other clients, so it might take 4, 5, or 6 months to get them to come out. When they come out, it is miraculous and it is perfection.

Architectural competence, Kevin is a journeyman craftsman and exceptionally competent and I will work with him for the rest of my existence, he is great.
