They're very professional, and theyve done a wonderful job. We are extremely satisfied. If you have any problems, plumbing or contractual problem, call Mason. They'll fix the plumbing and give you a referral if they can't address the contract work.

I asked him about electrical contractors just for a backup in case we have any electrical problems. I hadn't thought about the storm, and he gave me a couple of names and recommended them highly. I like his professionalism. He as a person is very, very congenial and very knowledgeable. He explains everything and does the work himself. He's been here a number of times, and he's been very professional, his staff as well. As far as I'm concerned, they're 100 percent.

We were in a situation in an emergency where our hot water heater stopped working. We are a hair salon and we need our hot water heater, so a friend of mine referred them to me. They were there in 15 to 20 minutes, fixed it and got us up and running right away. If it wasn't for them, we would have had to shut down the salon for the day.

They were very professional, friendly, thorough and just very knowledgeable.

The guy was right there and he knew exactly what it was. He told me there was no need to descale the water heater, so he unscrewed the water heater and washed it out with water to clean out all of the dirt. There was plenty of water pressure after that, so he knew what he was doing.

I have told a few people that they will not gouge you. I had them fix them all of the toilet tanks for all of my toilets and he also did something where he did not do anything unnecessary.

They responded fast and he was there when he said he would be here. He fixed everything.
