I think he's very fairly priced, he does what needs to be done, and he doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. He's very friendly and prompt. It was a good experience compared to those we've had with many other contractors.
I liked the friendly service. We've had the owner come out personally both times and offer useful suggestions. I felt like I had someone who was interested in keeping us informed about what was being done, as well as getting the job done efficiently. We also liked and used the $25 off coupon that we were given for a second visit.
